I am happy to report, herewith enclosed as ATTACHMENT, to you that Runnex Election 2008 held January 31, 2009 had been concluded successfully. I would like to express my heartfelf gratitude to the members of the Nomination and Election Committee as well as the general membership who had participated with all the enthusiasm.

On January 31, 2009 the election of the RUNNEX Board of Directors was held. There were 33 members of good standing present and voting during the scheduled time for election. Upon tally, the following seven candidates were confirmed elected as members of the RUNNEX Board of Directors for the years 2009-2011:

4.Roy Calleja
